What is the difference between MEI, EI, SLU and LTDA?
The MEI has a revenue limit and a list of permitted activities. The EI answers with the owner's personal assets. The SLU and the LTDA separate the company's assets from the partner's, within the rules of the law. The choice depends on the activity and the size.
How long does it take to open a company?
The time varies with the type of company, the city and the licenses the activity requires. The estimate comes after we analyze your case.
